EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

At Murthi Tech, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, or you may have simply changed your mind. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy to ensure your shopping experience remains pleasant and worry-free.

  • Eligibility for Exchange or Return:  To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, manuals, and accessories are included. Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not be accepted for return or exchange. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, we may not be able to process your request. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or invoice, is required to process your return or exchange.
     

  • Pack the Items:  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Ensure the items are secure to prevent any damage during shipping. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. This helps us process your return or exchange more efficiently. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to send your items back to us. This way, you can track the progress of your return and ensure it reaches us safely.
     

  • Return or Exchange:  Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item has been inspected and approved. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details for your new item. 
     

  • Conditions and Exceptions:  Certain items are non-returnable for safety or hygiene reasons, such as software, downloadable products, and personal care items. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions before making a purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
